How to Register

Registering online

Registration is easy.  Simply complete the online application form. Once you have completed it, print it, sign it and send it to us at the HSRU. We can only register you if you send us a signed application form.

Complete the form

Once you have been accepted to join the scheme, we will send you a Registration Pack. The pack contains:

  • Supplier Guide
  • Window Sticker
  • Quick Reference Guide
  • Claim/Remittance Form

Other registration options

Provide your name and address and we will send you an Application Form with registration instructions.

Or call 0844 991 2222 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays) to request an Application Form by telephone.
